Perfectly Petite House - from eplans.com, requested by woodchip50

Okay it took me a week or two (I lost track) but I have finally conquered the split-level demons with help to the goddess Jonesi (found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=95035). And a special thanks to those who provided guidance & help as well: plasticbox (http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=178282), patul (http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=371282) , shrekheatherbelle (http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=197019), niol (http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=50257), & Fat D (http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=26526). This house definitely wouldn't have been possible and I would have given up a long time ago without you all! So thanks, so very very much!

This house entited: Perfectly Petite,features a split-level entryway with stairs leading to the upper split-level and a full set of stairs leading to the basement.

It also features:
1 Master Bedroom
1 Bedroom
1 Bathroom
An open Kitchen-Dining Room-Living Rom floorplan.
A full-sized basement
A one-car garage.

The Lot size is 5x4 and costs $5,621 simoleons.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
