Hi guys,

Today I like to introduce to you a really nice starter Farm House under 25.000 Simelons.




It was build in the late 1970's and got refurbished from the outsite just couple of year ago, so that your Sims only need to paint and to place their furnitures to feel "at home".

This House contains:

3 Bedrooms
1 Bathroom (with 2 sinks, 1 Bathtub, 1 WC)
1 open Kitchen with kitchen counter seating
1 splitlevel livingroom
1 Carport with wood cover

Total Amount: 23.502 $
