I'm confused, so these are wallpapers that look like bookshelves?
Not buying TS4 until Terrain Sculpting is back and cheatless Split Levels are added!

yes, they are just walls, nothing spetial, well, thaey are realy cool looking, so that is special

BTW, it is ealy neat, i dont believe anyone has done this before!

Yep, just as Zachary350 said. It's to eliminate the need for a floor "Overhanging" a first story bookshelf (To get that two story study effect).
