Just for the record... you can use Photoshop's "Save for Web" option in the File menu to do that, and then the following dialog will appear:



Just click on that tiny button on the right, and select the "Optimize to File Size" option. The following dialog will appear:



I guess the rest is pretty self-explanatory.

Now, back on topic, nice Hospital equipment. Now I only need a psycho nurse like the one in Kill Bill. :P

freakin awesome ive been working on a whole university and i allways wanted to do a medical center but never could do anything remotely realistic the meshes look really really great thanks so much

This is truly unique and wonderful - I agree it would be great if Maxis gave us more options than just a store for Sims to work at - thank you so very much for all your effort and hard work.
